Benjamin came thru his tonsillectomy about like you would expect.  He’s having a good bit of pain but is tolerating the pain medication very well. I will write more later.

Friday Recipe: Easy Apple Pie (Crust and ALL!!)

2 refrigerated pie crusts, softened to room temp or make your own pie crust (enough for a double crust pie ~see below for recipe)
