This is my favorite scone recipe…easy!
2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
1/3 cup butter, cold
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Sugar for tops of scones
